Program Overview

  • Discover the advantages of providing home care and supporting individuals in their own residences. Enhance your healthcare expertise by collaborating with clients and their families to address their diverse care requirements.
  • Acquire top-tier knowledge regarding home care and service plans to assist individuals with daily living activities, including feeding, lifting, transferring, dressing, personal hygiene, and safe bathroom use. Additional essential training encompasses household management, nutrition, and meal preparation.
  • Learn to identify healthcare concerns using fundamental assessment techniques and effectively communicate findings.
  • Understand the vital role of Home Support Workers within a multi-disciplinary care team.
