POSITION SUMMARY:

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and research capabilities, a focus on customer service, proficient Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a business program with a concentration in accounting
  • Demonstrated intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Technologically adept with a quick learning curve for new software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Strong analytical and research skills for account reconciliations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

At Accelerate360, we function within a dynamic Shared Services framework, providing efficient and timely accounting and back-office services to various organizations.

COMPENSATION:

  • $18.00-$18.75/hr based on experience

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engaging with customers
  • Accurately reconciling customer payments and supplier accounts
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Analyzing sales data for accuracy and reporting on account irregularities
  • Monitoring invoice compliance and accruals
  • Proposing enhancements for reconciliation and research processes
