Key Responsibilities- Review and update internal reports to ensure system accuracy and identify variances.
- Process and manage customer payments, including credit card payments and collections.
- Respond to customer and internal staff inquiries regarding billing and financial matters.
- Maintain accurate records and secure files, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Post-secondary diploma in an accounting program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000-$54,000 per year.
