About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Stay Active Rehabilitation. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal physical function and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
    • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Design and implement physiotherapy programs to promote patients' physical function and independence.
    • Supervise technical and support staff to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Confer with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Document patient rehabilitation progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Education and Training
    • Teach patients and their families about exercise programs, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
    • Conduct research in physiotherapy to stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
