Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-centered Physiotherapist (PT) to join our team. As a Physiotherapist (PT) with FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, providing initial in-home/in-hospital assessments, assessing and treating individuals with various neurological and orthopedic disorders and injuries, and helping patients establish and meet meaningful goals within their home and community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial in-home/in-hospital assessments to individuals with traumatic and acquired neurological injuries and severe orthopedic injuries
  • Assess and treat individuals with various neurological and orthopedic disorders and injuries
  • Help patients establish and meet meaningful goals within their home and community setting
  • Liaise with community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist
  • Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
