Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Education Specialist to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for educating retail partner teams on product knowledge, service, and selling skills to meet sell-through goals, service standards, and turnover targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Top Mall Strategy - SMC Focused

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sell-through plans and increase rank and market share in top malls.

• Provide coaching and development at point of sale through in-store workshops, brand programs, and marketing calendar focuses.

• Execute product education sessions and POS education programs in-store.

• Establish regular communication with field executives to support regional priorities in top malls and assess progress.

• Develop strategic relationships with retail partners to fuel growth in focus channels and earn market share.

• Work with field executives to ensure timely execution of key priorities and adhere to corporate vision, guidelines, and expectations.

2. Lead Orientation, Development, and Education for Freelancers in Top Doors

• Participate in the selection of freelance/on-call team members in markets they support, in partnership with field executives and commercial field education training managers.

• Assist with orientation, onboarding, and ongoing in-store education with internal teams in partnership with field executives and commercial field education training managers.

• Ensure freelance beauty advisors understand their goals, job expectations, and priorities and meet and exceed sales performance and hero goals.

• Ensure the delivery of regular, effective, and professional feedback to freelance team members in partnership with field executives.

3. Seminar Facilitation & In-Store Follow-Up

• Teach retail partners innovation, heroes, and brand priorities as cascaded from brand and commercial education managers.

• Assist in the facilitation of seasonal seminars in partnership with brand and commercial training management.

• Follow up on seminar objectives to ensure they are coached at point of sale.

• Work on special projects requested by the field sales director, commercial field education training manager, and brand field education training manager as needed to meet and exceed corporate goals.

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Model image and hygiene standards for all brands when in-store and lead by example to meet and exceed commercial/brand image guidelines.

• Key shopping moments: it is an expectation that we are all in stores focusing on sales support during key shopping moments like Sephora promo and retail priority days.

• Develop business managers' ability to achieve their core job competencies and develop positive, productive working relationships that lead to retention.

• Create and maintain a strong partnership with field executives to streamline efficiencies and keep messages to business managers and counter managers clear and consistent.

• Manage allocated travel and entertainment budget within agreed-upon guidelines.

• Flexibility in scheduling required based on business needs.
