Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Education Specialist to join our team at Clinique. As a Field Education Specialist, you will be responsible for educating retail partner teams on product knowledge, sales skills, and service standards to meet sales goals and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute training programs for retail partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide coaching and development at point of sale through in-store workshops, brand programs, and marketing calendar focuses.
  • Execute product education sessions and POS education programs in-store.
  • Establish regular communication with field executives to support regional priorities and assess progress.
  • Develop strategic relationships with retail partners to fuel growth and earn market share.
  • Work with field executives to ensure timely execution of key priorities and adhere to corporate vision, guidelines, and expectations.
Requirements
  • Post-education degree required.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in sales and/or education.
  • Strong developmental and indirect management experiences with positive past sales performance.
  • Solid coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Independent self-starter with a strong understanding of the value of teamwork in meeting expectations.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Knowledge of Power BI/CRI considered an asset.
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $63,900 to $95,900, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. We also offer a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
