Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Group insurance benefits.

  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
