Business Systems Analyst - Capital Markets

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates on progress.
  2. Work closely with other Business Analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver business solutions.
  3. Develop business requirements and documents to ensure that new processes meet business needs and comply with internal controls and policies.
  4. Design functional test cases and conduct testing concurrently with development.

Candidate Requirements

  1. 5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a technology team.
  2. Experience with documentation and functional testing.
  3. Capital Markets or banking experience is required.
  4. Recent working experience with SQL and Excel.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  1. Basic Linux command experience.
  2. Experience with risk management.
  3. Familiarity with different data formats.

Soft Skills

  1. Verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Good teamwork and adaptability.
  3. Proactive problem-solving skills.

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
