Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Fredericton. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining the customer database, and receiving and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in-person, via phone, and at the counter.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database.
- Receive and process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the field sales and project management teams to support sales initiatives and enhance customer experiences.
- 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
- Experience using AS400 (an asset).
