Job Summary

Buzz 4 Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
  • Install various types of flooring, including carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in flooring installation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

As a Flooring Installation Specialist, you will work in a variety of settings, including commercial and residential locations. You will be required to work on-site and may be required to travel to different locations.
