Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at BUZZ 4 CONSTRUCTION LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, carpet, and resilient flooring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
  • Install carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in flooring installation
  • Ability to work in various locations, including on-site customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
