Compensation Plan
- Competitive Salary: Enjoy a base rate of $58/hr for a Journeyman, along with hourly uplifts. Our bonus structure is among the best in the industry, featuring a technician production bonus program that allows for earnings based on billed hours, ensuring technicians never fall below their guaranteed pay.

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide technicians in their daily responsibilities.
- Assign technicians to tasks based on their skills and certifications.
- Ensure efficient shop workflow and operations.
- Assist with the repair order process.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Conduct road tests as necessary.
- Implement quality assurance measures, including:
- Conducting quality inspections
- Monitoring job progress and quality
- Training technicians in quality assurance practices
- Supervise the maintenance and use of tools and equipment, prioritizing safety.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills.
- Commercial Transport (Truck and Transport Mechanic) Journeyman Certificate (or Red Seal).
- Expertise in Heavy Truck and Trailer systems.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and utilize tools throughout the workday.
- Daimler Certification is a plus.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Class 1, Class 3, and MVI Certifications are advantageous.
