About the Role

Cossette Media is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Strategist to lead our paid search efforts and drive business growth. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative search strategies, managing and optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns
  • Train and support internal teams and clients on search best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns
  • Technical knowledge of search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
