Program Manager - Therapeutic Community

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Therapeutic Community program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a therapeutic community setting
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on staff development and team building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
