As a Security Programs Manager at Paladin Security, you will oversee a portfolio of clients in Northern BC and lead the security teams within that portfolio. You will be the key point of contact for clients and ensure the highest standards of safety and service are maintained across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and conduct interviews with potential security staff.
  • Ensure all employees have adequate training to meet industry, corporate, and client standards.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure all client needs are met and that Paladin's security operations run smoothly.
  • Conduct site evaluations, monitor incident reports, and address any staffing needs or concerns.
  • Lead motivational and disciplinary discussions with security personnel, ensure that all site orders are up to date, and handle emergencies as an after-hours resource.
  • Promote Paladin's business and ensure services are aligned with both client expectations and Paladin's Code of Ethics.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in security.
  • Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead, organize, and solve problems effectively.
  • Working knowledge of security legislation and standards.
  • Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
