Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our projects at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. This role is crucial in ensuring that construction activities are executed efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Work Environment

The position involves working in various outdoor settings that may be noisy, dusty, and at heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and other documentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and projects.
  • Schedule and organize daily tasks and operations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff as necessary.
  • Set up and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Estimate costs and required materials for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Provide leadership and instruction to team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role will involve supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
