Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction workers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control construction costs, materials, and labor to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead a team of construction workers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Work is performed in a construction site environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
  • May require working at heights, in confined spaces, or in other challenging environments.
