About the Role:

As a Construction Site Supervisor with Oneness Home Construction Inc., you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of our residential construction projects. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and supervise a team of 3-4 people, overseeing various tasks and activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition and order necessary materials and equipment
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
  • English language proficiency
