Job Summary

First Onsite - CA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Water Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for leading water damage restoration projects and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead water damage restoration projects from initial response to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Team Management: Train and supervise water damage technicians and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Site Management: Ensure all work sites are safe, clean, and free from hazards, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with construction crews, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage restoration or a related field.
  • Certifications: WRT certification is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
