About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Damage Specialist to lead our team in Edmonton. As a Water Damage Technician, you will be responsible for leading the team in responding to water damage emergencies, conducting structural drying assessments, and ensuring the safe and efficient restoration of properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in responding to water damage emergencies, including burst pipes, blocked drains, and sewer backups
  • Conduct structural drying assessments in accordance with IICRC guidelines
  • Develop and implement drying plans to ensure the safe and efficient restoration of properties
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide empathetic support during stressful situations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements

  • IICRC S-Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration certification
  • Knowledge of structural drying procedures and equipment
  • Leadership experience and ability to lead a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Valid driver's license and clean criminal record
