Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account plans.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, technical support, or operations in the water treatment industry.
- Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills, including Google Workspace and other software programs within a Windows environment.
