  • Explore and identify avenues for business growth
  • Lead the preparation of bid proposals

Preconstruction Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture client relationships
  • Ensure contract negotiations are in sync with project timelines
  • Implement project strategies and guarantee adequate resource allocation

Construction Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development of project strategies
  • Negotiate primary contracts and secure stakeholder commitments
  • Supervise site operations and uphold project health and safety standards

Post-Construction Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project completion aligns with client expectations
  • Facilitate project closure and conduct lessons learned sessions

Employee and Talent Development:

  • Recruit and onboard new talent while fostering personnel growth
  • Guide and mentor project team members

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 20 years of experience in construction, with 10 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in successful project management
  • Expertise in project delivery and constructability
