**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at First Tek, Inc. as a key member of our project management office. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple IT projects from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project charters and business/project plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and data integrity.
- Manage project resources and governance, including project schedules, budgets, and risk management.
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to develop project plans, including project scope, timelines, resource requirements, risks, benefits, and budget.
- Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure effective project communication and escalation of risks as required.
- Provide leadership and assistance to business and project teams on change management and communication support.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and strategies, including resource estimation and monitoring.
- Document and report project status against established objectives, milestones, budget, and resources.
- Facilitate tracking and closure of issues and risks.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $136.00 per hour, with the possibility of variation based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
