Position Overview
Are you passionate about engaging with people and showcasing properties? We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist in the leasing and stabilization of our latest development. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and professional individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a genuine interest in leasing and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing and Marketing

  1. Facilitate appointments and property viewings for prospective residents through various channels.
  2. Assess potential residents to ensure their needs align with our offerings.
  3. Conduct property tours and showcase available suites to interested individuals.
  4. Organize open house events as necessary.
  5. Highlight the unique benefits of our properties to secure rental commitments.
  6. Negotiate lease agreements to maximize value.
  7. Inspect available suites prior to showings to ensure readiness.
  8. Enhance community awareness through business outreach.
  9. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the management team.
  10. Perform monthly market analysis and share findings with the corporate office.
  11. Execute additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Administrative Duties

  1. Maintain and update the Availability and Traffic reports.
  2. Gather and process all necessary information for rental applications and submit for management approval.
  3. Conduct background and credit checks, and manage lease documentation.
  4. Communicate the landlord's decisions to applicants promptly.
  5. Provide new residents with move-in packages and orientation.
  6. Coordinate elevator reservations for new residents with management.
  7. Complete other administrative tasks related to leasing as required.

Customer Relations

  1. Professionally manage all inquiries from prospective residents.
  2. Follow up with all leads to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
  3. Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and creativity.
  4. Able to work effectively with a diverse clientele while being culturally sensitive.
  5. Comprehensive understanding of market trends and competing properties.
