  • Lead project teams in rapid implementations.
  • Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Identify and report key success criteria for projects.
  • Plan, assist, and deliver migration from On-Premise to Oracle HCM Cloud service.
  • Coach and mentor delivery teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Facilitate team building and maintain excellent communication skills.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, RFP, RFQ, and bid processes.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in practice development.
  • Participate in talent sourcing and recruiting activities.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in continuous development and internal IP Accelerator programs.


Professional Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional services experience with ERPs like PeopleSoft, JDE, and preferably EBS HCM.
  • 3+ years of experience working with a consulting organization.
  • Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud or prior ERPs.
  • Preferred candidates hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or Masters.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Adaptability to new delivery techniques and tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
