We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Technology Optimization Analyst to join our growing team. Your Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint areas where automation can streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Design and develop innovative office automation tools to simplify complex workflows and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize tasks and implement best practices across various departments.
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
- Implement robust quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated systems.
- Work closely with IT specialists to integrate new technologies seamlessly into existing infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize collaborative tools used within the tax slip environment, fostering seamless communication and information sharing.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing office automation tools using industry-standard software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various collaboration platforms.
- Solid understanding of financial markets principles and practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
