About the Role
As a Senior Data and Process Analyst within our dynamic Tax Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving data-driven decision making. Your Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for automation to optimize existing workflows and boost operational effectiveness.
- Develop innovative office automation solutions to simplify processes, improve data quality, and enhance accuracy.
- Design and refine work tools aimed at standardizing operational tasks, promoting consistency, and reducing complexity.
- Implement robust quality control processes to mitigate risks, ensure compliance with business rules, and meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to integrate solutions, adapt them to evolving regulatory landscapes, and implement improvements to operational platforms for tax slips.
- Champion a culture of simplification and digital transformation within the team, fostering the adoption of best practices and advanced technologies.
- Analyze data and generate insightful reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making regarding volumes, efforts, estimates, and forecasts.
- Create compelling presentations for regular information sessions, effectively communicating findings to team members and management.
- Actively participate in user testing activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and resolving discrepancies.
- Serve as a valuable resource for addressing technical incidents, both internally and with external partners, as well as providing support for office automation tools and macros.

You'll be joining a dedicated team of ten professionals within the U.S. Tax Operations sector, reporting to the Senior Manager. We foster a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our success.
