Position Overview

Adria Chemicals & Abrasives Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of a Wholesaler - Broadcasting. This position requires a solid educational background and relevant experience to manage and oversee our wholesale operations effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

The role is set within a retail/wholesale establishment or distribution center, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources, including material, human, and financial, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate activities across regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Supervision

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Employment Details
