Position Overview

As a key leader in our organization, you will oversee the wholesale broadcasting operations at Adria Chemicals & Abrasives Inc. Your role will involve strategic planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient functioning within the company.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Work Environment

This position is situated within a retail and wholesale distribution setting, requiring adaptability and quick decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as a representative in negotiations or delegate authority to others for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
