Broadcasting Wholesale Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the wholesale broadcasting operations at Adria Chemicals & Abrasives Inc. Your role will be pivotal in managing resources effectively to align with our organizational goals.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years
- Relevant experience may be considered as an alternative
This position is situated within a retail/wholesale establishment or distribution center, offering a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives
- Authorize and coordinate the formation of major departments and senior staff roles
- Oversee the operations of various regions, divisions, or departments
- Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs
- Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations or official engagements
- Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional strategies, and oversee human resources planning
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
