Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at PRIME TRUCKING COMPLIANCE LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution.
- Information Flow: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
- Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
- Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
