We are in search of a driven and seasoned Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to 10 significant accounts nationwide, addressing diverse program needs within the health or accident insurance sectors, with accounts valued between $50 to $100 million.
  • Report directly to the VP of Business Development and Growth, focusing on maintaining and nurturing client relationships with minimal emphasis on portfolio expansion.
  • Enhance internal processes and systems to effectively manage existing business operations.
  • Utilize strong relationship-building skills and strategic insight to understand client businesses and their unique requirements.
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clients, acting as their main contact for all business inquiries.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful execution of client projects.
  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with key clients to evaluate service delivery and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities that may influence key accounts.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and forecasts to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for achieving business objectives.
  • Represent Lifemark at industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand our client network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial sectors is preferred.
  • A proven history of managing accounts or sales, with a minimum of 10 years in account management, including 5 years in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
  • Results-driven approach aimed at achieving revenue and account growth targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with key clients.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
