Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Chief Data Office Transformation team as the Director, People Change Management. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in change management, leadership, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Change Management Initiatives: Develop and execute people change strategies and execution for the Chief Data Office and its key programs related to improving CIBC's data posture.
  • Drive Strategic Thinking: Lead a team of professionals and drive strategic thinking, thought leadership, innovation, and change management excellence across our initiatives.
  • Manage Through Change: Take a holistic view to change management on large, transformational programs, driving effective delivery and managing through change.
  • Build Relationships: Forge strong relationships with various teams, working with internal and external partners.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and implement strategic roadmaps, embedding change management methodology, to deliver relevant tools and change tactics that provide the right level of engagement with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Business, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience with People Change Management concepts, with a focus on change delivery.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, change management, analytics, communication, and relationship-building skills.
