We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our brand transformation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-level consulting services to our clients, driving strategic planning, and overseeing project implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams and allocate resources efficiently to achieve client goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Manage project scope, change control, and risk mitigation
- Communicate project status and escalate issues to stakeholders as required
- Collaborate with clients at senior levels, including the C-suite, to provide expert guidance and support
- Develop and implement high-level transition strategies for brand launch and completion objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- 5-7 years of management consulting experience, preferably in brand strategy or a related field
- Demonstrated consulting and client management skills, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Superior organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior management
- Ability to work on complex projects, including experience with M&A or large, decentralized projects
