Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team at Dallx Inc. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
