Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at All Link Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems and networks.
  • Configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve user experience and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to design and implement new applications and software.
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure business systems, networks, and Internet services are available and functioning correctly.
  • Perform equipment setup and installation, including cable management and software configuration.
  • Conduct regular backups and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to users.
  • Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 30-35 hours per week.
