The ideal candidate will analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in our manufacturing and supply chain processes, implementing and managing projects to drive efficiency and compliance. As a liaison and direct support to production, they will work to improve health and safety and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a change agent, facilitator, and coach to drive process improvements using Lean tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead multidisciplinary meetings to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Analyze trends in results and processes to track the benefits of implemented projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and employees impacted by process changes.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to promote high-quality processes and drive innovation.
  • Train operations teams on Lean principles and tools to drive cultural change.

Requirements:

  • Recognized certification in continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple files and priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
