Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on our products and services.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Merchandise Preparation: Prepare merchandise for sale, including setting up displays and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and maintaining store displays.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Hardworking, integrity, positive attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organized.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and we require our Sales Associates to be able to work effectively in this setting.
What We Offer- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
