About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Salesperson to join our team at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer payments.
  • Manage Inventory: Utilize computerized systems to track and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering and minimizing stockouts.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process Online Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless and secure online experiences for customers.
  • Quote and Negotiate: Estimate prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and needs to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
