About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on products and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, re-ordering and tracking stock levels.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Hardworking, integrity, positive attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organized.
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and we require our Sales Associates to be able to work effectively in this setting.

What We Offer
  • Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 hours per week.
