Server Support Associate

Position Overview:
As a Server Assistant at Marilena, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will work closely with our servers and bartenders to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Support servers in resetting tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Ensure all stock levels of glassware and cutlery are available on the floor, minimizing delays and enhancing the guest experience.
- Stock and clean customer washroom areas, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude, energetic, and enthusiastic outlook, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Professional presentation, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
