- Execute pharmacy programs to drive sales and control shrink
- Implement and support patient-centered care initiatives
- Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture
- Ensure seamless patient care across locations
- Uphold company values and diversity initiatives
- Manage team training and development
- Maintain regulatory compliance in the department
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Kroll software experience preferred
