We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Save-On-Foods in Medicine Hat, AB. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of quality patient-centered care to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Provide clinical services, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
- Leadership and Management: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners, manage inventory, schedule and train team members, and identify business strengths and patient needs.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans, enforce policies and best practice protocols, and complete all licensee tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy.
- A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Pharmacy management experience or minimum 2 years as a Pharmacist.
- Fluency with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
