Food Service Operations Manager

The role of a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons involves overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a managerial role within the food service industry.
This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant and food service environment, where multitasking and attention to detail are crucial.
Key Responsibilities- Define the range of services to be provided and implement effective operational procedures.
- Manage financial transactions, including balancing cash and preparing cash reports.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members.
- Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
- Engage in marketing strategies and their execution.
- Lead and instruct team members.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Technical Skills- Proficient in using electronic cash registers and MS Office applications.
A criminal record check is mandatory for this position.
Work Conditions- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Employment Duration: Permanent position.
