Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Denny's Restaurants. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain open communication with staff, management, and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Noisy restaurant environment.
