Job Description

Role Overview

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce Practice in Canada. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration, with a focus on developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet specific business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Use SFDC Lightning to enhance user interface and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Analyze and solve complex Salesforce issues to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the platform.
  • Optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have a solid foundation in Salesforce development with specific expertise in LWC and Integration.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a multi-functional and distributed team.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Required.

Working Arrangements

Cognizant offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto, ON. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.
