About the Role:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders from Business and Technology to design long-term Business-Technology roadmap for individual Salesforce orgs.
  • Design and implement Enterprise Org strategy for multiple Salesforce orgs Bank-wide.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, API integration, and general configuration and administration.
  • Work with cross-team product owners, developers, and test engineers to support QA processes.
  • Establish and enforce governance for implementing Salesforce at the Bank.
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
  • Support the business with ongoing product enhancements and feature development for major releases.
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform and overall 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model and Best Practices.
  • Well-versed in Apex, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Integration Patterns.
  • Experience working with middleware products, such as Talend, Jitterbit, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based application systems using REST, SOAP API.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
