IIQAF is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our supply chain processes. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating personnel and operational workflows to ensure the efficient distribution of products.

A successful Logistics Coordinator possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent record-keeping capabilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Your primary objective will be to facilitate seamless operations across various channels, maximizing overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate supply chain activities
  • Ensure optimal use of facilities, resources, and communication channels
  • Leverage logistics technology to enhance operational procedures
  • Recruit and manage logistics personnel (e.g., drivers) based on availability and operational needs
  • Supervise order fulfillment and manage inventory of raw materials and equipment
  • Engage with suppliers, retailers, and customers to foster profitable relationships
  • Plan and monitor the shipment of final products in line with customer specifications
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of warehouse inventory and order execution
  • Generate detailed reports for senior management
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a logistics coordinator
  • Background in customer service is advantageous
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in logistics software (ERP) and computer applications
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
