Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Kramer Direct Ltd. as a Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Design and Development: Conduct research and design mechanical systems, components, and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Operations and Maintenance: Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems, develop maintenance standards, and investigate mechanical failures.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor technicians, technologists, and other engineers, reviewing and approving designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
- Business Development: Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in Plant Design Management System (PDMS), AutoCAD, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, SAP, and MS Office.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the pipelines industry, with knowledge of installation, maintenance, and inspection of equipment or facilities.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
